They received my car June 24th and it took them until July 19th to put a new transmission into a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee . The cost of me having to rent a car for that period was $1,500. Then they refu July 19th to put a new transmission into a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee . The cost of me having to rent a car for that period was $1,500. Then they refused to cover the cost of a new cooler damaged by the transmission failure and two new coolant lines which cost me another $2,500 , a bunch of CROOKS! My car had original factory warranty and an extended Platnum warranty that was not willing to cover anything . When my car was returned it was filthy and stuff normally in the storage areas was all over the inside of the car Terrible experience !!! More
Laura was the only positive in this whole experience. She was very kind. I brought my minivan in on 8/4 for an ignition recall . (The part had been ordered for me in a previous attempt to repair. At that time, I showed up for my appointment and the computers were down so no work was done). The wrong part was ordered, so a temporary ignition was installed and correct part was ordered. I returned on 8/11 for the correct part to be installed. After having to Uber back and forth for a second day, my car was repaired. The problem was that the technician was not careful and cracked my dashboard in multiple places. Laura checked for a replacement, but the part is discontinued. The only solution offered was to duct tape the pieces together.... which to me is unacceptable. I understand that my car is a 2010 and not perfect and some parts may be brittle. Notwithstanding, you are the dealership for this model vehicle and you should be professional in dealing with this type of situation. When I leave my car for repairs, I should be able to trust that no harm be done. More
