Against my better judgement I tried this service department again. Sadly, the one specific thing I asked that was very important to me was not checked and addressed. As I drove off it was still low. I thought that would reset as I drove. It didn’t. I called the service advisor who took 10 minutes to come yo the phone and she lied to me. She doesn’t care. This company doesn’t care. The “video” that was promised of the technician performing checks never arrived. The phone number I called to speak to a department manager from a follow up email remains unanswered after two days. Sad thing is that this place is closest to me for the brand I favor. The brand I intended to shop with for a new vehicle in two months. I may have to be less brand specific. There are too many recalls on Jeeps anyway. People are supposed to bake it break your business. This service department simply never gets it right. More

Bob is great, delays are always with the warranty company and the backlog of getting the car seen by a mechanic. There is also a persistent noise originating from the driver’s side that becomes more pronounced during acceleration. Additionally, the air conditioning system makes a loud noise when it engages. Since acquiring the vehicle, it has spent a significant amount of time in service. Although the transmission was replaced, the vehicle continues to exhibit intermittent hard knocking—albeit less severe than before. Despite repeated visits, the dealership has failed to address these issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. More
