Off the bat the first incounter with the service advisor he tells me “well it’s going to be here for a while” ... ok? THEN he calls and say it’s the clutch fan, which it was not because we had just changed he tells me “well it’s going to be here for a while” ... ok? So my fiancé decided to go in person and speak to some one else to see if anyone could actually look at the truck without assuming the problem. Then! They call back and say it’s the computer and that it’s going to cost $3100. We decided to not do the service and get a second opinion. When we went to pick up the truck they had charged us $350 just for the diagnostic. The story gets better! We now had another person look at the truck and showed us that nothing was wrong with the computer and that it is working perfectly fine. Just driving the truck around, he figured out that it was just the wheel bearings. How are you going to charge me $350 for a diagnostic and just make something up to get money out of us! Did you even take the truck for a drive to hear what we were talking about. This place was a great disappointment and is just wanting to steal money from their customers. More
Bought 2020 Ram 2500 in October 2021. January went in for a tire issue.there was no record of me purchasing the family advantage, had speak to four different people and several hours later it was finally loc a tire issue.there was no record of me purchasing the family advantage, had speak to four different people and several hours later it was finally located. April 15 had an appointment for an oil change and front camera replacement. Oil change was done after a long wait and the camera was not available. I was told it will be available/notified the next day which never happened. Pulled out the driveway the next morning oil was on the floor and all over the driveline from what was spilled when the tech changed the oil. April 30 had an an appointment to replace the front camera, the truck went to the back and was then placed in the front as if the job was completed but it was not touched. After meeting with the service manager and three hours later it was completed. There is a major disconnect within several departments at this dealership and my experience has been very disappointing. As a 26year military veteran who had a goal to purchase the RAM 2500 DIESEL i feel let down. More
I’ve been a previous customer at Arrigo for my prior three leases so was expecting the same customer service and attention as I’ve received for the last nine years. Unfortunately Arrigo really fell shor three leases so was expecting the same customer service and attention as I’ve received for the last nine years. Unfortunately Arrigo really fell short this time. I had always been happy with the service received before so make the hours drive to a dealership that’s not on my doorstep - with plenty close by. After leasing my fourth vehicle I was surprised to receive an unexpected bill for over $700 for a disposition fee and damages for the prior lease a month later. I was sat in the dealership for approximately 4-5 hours so why during the pre inspection we’re damages not disclosed? I called and was clearly told when I queried this by Jefferson in accounts this was an error and the disposition would be waived and $250 as I had re-leased a new vehicle. was asked to send the invoice over and his boss Jonathon Noda would contact me. Four emails, two voice mails and six weeks later of no response. I finally reached mr Noda who advised he’d call me back by Monday (it was Friday). No call. Days later I called again and finally spoke to GM Joseph Wright who at least had the decency to be honest advising he would research and call me back - which he did. There was no resolution - however misleading information to make a sale doesn’t sit well with me so I won’t be returning. I suggest some customer service training. More

To day was the first time I serviced my wife’s jeep there Alex was professional and on point with everything in and out within an hour. ***** while walking around looking at cars it boggles me how a company can add an addendum to a car for $12k advertising upgrades to a vehicle that are not even there, or better yet having some upgrades that are not correctly stated. I saw this on a couple Of the units there, also the $1200 arrigo upgrade which includes rain ex and what I’m assume is a version of ceramic coating that the car doesn’t have(I know because I own a detail company and know how it’s suppose to feel and look) **** !!!!!!for those looking for a vehicle if you shop here just be vigilant at what your buying if they say they upgraded the car and want to charge you for it make sure they show you the upgrades and RO that shows the work has been done.!!!!! More

A good deal is only a small part of a dealership. The true test is the service department as you only go to the car sales department once, the service department is where you make several trips. So you have many more interactions with them. My first time there for something other then an oil change and it is a DISASTER. Absolutely no communication with me. Quick overview, in on Monday, need part, told it would be ready Wednesday. I wait until 1:38pm to make my first call and service advisor did not answer and I left message. TWO hours later I make another call as I have not gotten a return call. Had to leave another message. Many calls to them later I asked to speak to service manager and was put on hold for 10 minutes then it went to message machine. I waited 30 minutes and asked to speak to general manager. Was put on hold and they never answered. I called back and was put on hold again, now 4:18pm and instead of GM my service advisor answered and said he was just about to call me. They are working on my car now and it "should" be ready today. I said I was going to call the shuttle driver and he said ok. I just needed to know what was going on, at this hour I needed to make plans for tomorrow as I have doctors appointments, they showed no concern for the customers needs. This is absolutely the worst customer care I have experienced. And no one there cares. More

I had to bring my 2017 Chrysler 300S in with a vexing AC issue. The dealership gave me a rental car at no cost and worked to diagnose and fix the problem. I was not inconvenience due to the rental as they worked to figure out the issue for 5 days. Once they were sure they had my car fixed they called me to pick it up. That kind of service is hard to find and I would recommend Arrigo service for anyone. When it is time to purchase a new car I will go back to them for a good car and great service. More

I asked to speak to service manager pat i was told that i couldn't speak to pat theirs a protocol you have to go through bryan after getting upset n waited for pat 20 minutes he said we not paying for it then accused me of braking it telling me maybe you did it with a nasty attitude causing me to come out of character and curse him out i went there with most respect not angry cause mistakes happen to be treated like xxxx from a old grumpy miserable old man with no respect this what you got running service arrigo this how you treat people after they buy a car tell mike im not coming back to buy gladiator that i went to see do to service treating me like xxxx for a 30 dollar part arrigo shame on your team More
