They had my car in the service department for two days without even looking at it. This was not a warranty job. It was a COD job. I used the night drop off. said I needed it back in two days. Early the morning after dropping off the jeep I got a call from the service writer Jessie Rodriguez. Advised I need the car back in two days. on the second day I had to go to the dealership to find out what was going on. By the text info it did not show any work had taken place. He confirmed they had not diagnosed the problem yet; this is at 3pm on the second day. I requested to speak to the service manager. after waiting for an hour for her I went to Cedrick the dealership general manager. He listened to the issue and went off to get the service manager. He came back within 5 min with Almaluz Medrano the service manager. After some back and forth she would get a technician on it. at this point it's after 5pm. The technician did look at the jeep and made a diagnosis. Now its after 7pm. But they could not make the repair due to the late hour. And they could not give the jeep back because it was taken apart. So I ended up having the repair done on the third day. Now I do have to commend the technician Ricardo and Almaluz for staying late to get the diagnosis. But there would have been no reason to stay late if the work had been done within the time I advised needed to have it done. If the shop was too busy and could not meet my deadline, I should have been told up front to give me a chance to make other arrangements or take it somewhere else. More

I switch over from another Dodge dealer near my house that treated its customers poorly after the dealer was sold. Arrigo Sawgrass is 30 min from where I live, but I’d rather have quality service than convenience. Thanks! More
