I had been searching for a Chrysler 200 Convertible in red. I didn't expect to have such a challenge finding one, but no dealers seemed to carry red convertibles in stock. Arrigo Chrysler has three locations, so whereas they did not have any in-stock at the Tamarac location, the Sales Consultant Ozzie Bringas was able to get one from one of the other locations. Service was friendly throughout the negotiation process, and I was sent an e-mail that there was a special price available through month-end. The e-mail stated that the "price" was $28,500 plus fees, so after tax/tag/title, I expected to pay about $31,500 all-in. I had sent an e-mail to Ozzie prior to our appointment to close the deal asking for a copy of the invoice in advance, but I never did get one. When I arrived, Ozzie Bringas re-defined the term "price" not to mean the actual price, but instead to mean the "financed amount." As a result, I feel deceived, but I like the car, so I closed the deal. That change cost me about $1000 more that I had expected to pay. I would suggest lining up financing prior to arrival, since I was able to get a marginally better financing rate through both a local bank and a local credit union versus what Arrigo was able to offer - That said, the financing department was friendly, and did not put pressure on for add-ons or warranties. In summary, the final price was fair, though not exceptional. If you do deal with this dealership, I would highly recommend getting a copy of the proposed purchase agreement in advance so there are no surprises. I would also say that though my personal experience with Ozzie ended up somewhat less than ideal, he was certainly better than many of the other (substandard) sales reps that I encountered at other dealerships. I reached them via web using a third party web based car search service. It was off business hours but they quickly responded. Then they called in an appropriate time and arranged a meeting. I went there with my fiancé and told them what I need. They gave me a few test drives with different cars and worked on my requests. After 4 hours of efforts they provided me the car that I asked for at a price that I was willing to pay. I liked their patience and energy. Delivery went smooth and I enjoyed every moment I spent in that dealer. I strongly recommend them and want to thank to Mark (After Dark) for putting a smile on my face before leaving with my beautiful car. More

After speaking with Ozzie and listening to his advice, I promised I would return towards the end of March (this was around January/February). Well, we are in August now and I can finally say I finally received my 2013 Dodge Dart! I was amazed that when I walked in after such a long time, Ozzie had remembered EVERYTHING about us. If I think about it though, I shouldn't have been since he kept in contact with us to see how we were doing and updating us on new deals we may be interested in. His commitment to us was the reason I came back and I am so happy, words cannot describe. Ozzie changed any negative assumptions I have about cars salesman. Ed in financing was great, as well. I went to this dealership to trade in my wifes '08 Town & Country to lease a '13 Townn & Country. Told the dealership what I wanted to pay every month and what down payment I wanted to make. Some compromise was had but overall I got what I wanted. The trip to the dealership was definitely worth it. 5 days prior I went to Pompano Honda and tried to trade in the same vehicle. The manager at Pompano Honda valued my trade in at 8k saying it was in fair condition because the inside was dirty and the stains would not come out. Well 3 days later I spent $50 to detail my car and every stain came out. This dealership valued me as a customer and acted like they wanted my business where the manager at Pompano Honda took less than 30 minutes to insult my intelligence and forever use loose me as a customer. Kelly Blue Book had my trade at 10k but Arrigo gave me 13k to get payments where I wanted them. The 2 negatives: (1) Like most dealerships they initially tried to squeeze me for $. I was initially told I would have to make a down payment $1500+ more than I wanted and pay $60 more a month than I said I would. The tune quickly changed when I showed I was willing to walk. (2) The new car I purchased had a defect and failed to start on me on more than 1 occasion. My sales rep, Rashad, and finance personnel, Alladdin, went out their way to fix this. Rashad got an identical new vehicle and drove it to my house, 35 miles away, with the new paperwork already prepared by Alladdin. On a scale of 1 - 10, I would say at least 8.5, and only because I had to swap vehicles 3 days after purchase. More
This was the best car experience ever! Dan Welsh was great, he found my Jeep within 15 minutes and traveled to pick it up and bring to the dealership. The dealership was spotless, clean and organized which I loved. Mark After Dark in customer relations was wonderful in introducing me to the new Jeep Wrangler functions and information. Rob in Finance was quick and efficient. This is my second Jeep I have bought at this dealership, and I traveled out of my county 1 hour to purchase here as opposed to the Jeep dealership 8 miles from my home. I would highly recommend this dealership and all the people listed above to buy your next car! More

I had no money and horrible credit but he didn't give up on me we came up with a game plan together for me getting a new car. So every other week he or I would call each other to see where I stood as far as my money situation and personal advice. Now I can say I am one of the happiest people in the world because he didn't just give up on helping me I came In to arrigo dodge just this Monday 8/12/13 and walked out with my new car 2010 jetta I would definitely recommend every and anyone to come to arrigo dodge and see Ozzie bringas. i decided on a truck you didnt have , That was fine no big deal. Agreed to split different fees this made me happy. He printed up a draft of the purchase i think i even signed. I think twelve days later i had talked to the salesman and he asked me when we could try and finish the paperwork that monday was fine. I get there find out the car isnt even at the location but in west palm and original sales manager had a heart attack. Being that i was already at the establishment we figured I would finish the paperwork with adjusted numbers. After being told HALF THE DEALER FEE WAS TAKEN OFF. Two and half hours later as i leave numbers looked still high. I went and had a cashiers check made. When i got home i noticed NOT ONLY WAS THE STICKER PRICE 90 DOLLARS HIGHER BUT THE THREE HUNDRED WAS NOT TAKEN OFF AFTER THE SALES MANAGER TOLD ME IT WAS TAKEN OUT OF THE STICKER PRICE. That night i mentioned to salesman to avoid new cashiers check put running boards on for the 425 dollars. He wouldnt had so had to make time to make another cashiers check after work.The next day is time to pick up truck and two and a half hours more because had to redo paperwork for a third time. Not one person even offered me a thing come on? 425 dollars to me is a lot of money seeing i spent almost 35,000 . Then switching plates the salesman loses the key to the license plate and i had purchase a new one. After this experience of almost getting overcharged and lied to I felt you guys really dropped the ball on making someone feel confident in buying a car from you when you have to look over your shoulder all the time. I know i probably overpaid also maybe eager. whats up with only 35 dollars worth of gas was it regular also its pretty bad when people know more about options and the vehicle than the salesman. I wanted to spend more money it was like he didnt want me to. More

I prefer to narrow down my choices so I do not waste time when I meet face-to-face. I visited the Arrigo web site and found the cars I liked. I searched the dealer's inventory. After finding a few great choices, I submitted all of my information to get "pre-qualified" for a car loan. I double-checked that the online submission form was submitted securely and it was. To me, it was easier to show-up at the dealership with most of my information already sent ahead of my arrival. I already knew they could handle my financing needs and I already knew the 2 or 3 cars I wanted to test drive. Arrigo was very good at setting and confirming my appointment time with my salesperson Rashad. To me, this makes a big difference. Going into a dealership on a Saturday morning without an appointment would have wasted so much of my time. When I arrived for my appointment, the place was packed with people. I don't think I would have waited around for help on my day-off from work. I was happy with my salesperson Rashad. He was friendly and he answered all of my questions. At no time did I ever feel pressured to buy a car that day. Rashad and the other employees let me make my own buying decision. Rashad and Alladin (in Finance) offered other acceptable choices when my first choice was not available. I felt happy with Alladin's service in finance. He was friendly and he also answered all of my questions. He explained all of the details of each add-on product/service. I was familiar with some of them, but his more in-depth explanation helped me feel like I was making the best choice for my situation. Finally, I met with "After Dark" Mark in customer relations. He too was very friendly and he answered all of my questions. Mark explained things about my new purchase and reminded me to be on the look out for an email. That email would be a reminder about my first service appointment. Mark also pointed out the new, more colorful owner's manual and that it was on cd-rom. Wow! That is something I really liked. Overall, I had a great experience at Arrigo. I bought my new car from Arrigo on the same day as my appointment. I purchased from Arrigo before and I will purchase from Arrigo in the future. I rate Arrigo as EXCELLENT! More
We came in looking to purchase a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. Chris K was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on the product we were looking for. Never once did he have to look at any documentation on the options, he knew everything by memory. Very impressive. We ended up leasing a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and could not be happier with our purchase! Robert Karp was our Sales Manager. He was very friendly and helpful with explaining how leasing works, and the different options you have with miles per year/etc. Very professional and right to the point. Thats what I was looking for. The process was painless, and I felt very comfortable talking with him on our decision. Rob Gerroni in the Finanace Department was part of our final process. He was very thorough with our paperwork and explained each page before we signed it. Also advised us on Road Hazard Tire Protection which we ending up purchasing as well. I couldnt pass up having protection on my rims/tires for the extent of my lease. My overall experience from the second i walked in the door was amazing. From the friendliness of the greeters at the front desk, all the way to the delivery vehicle, the entire staff was there for us the consumers. I would recommend this dealership and staff to anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle. Great selection of used cars, and 4 floors of new cars. I couldnt ask for a better experience.
