They provided service as said in a timely & professional manner. They were able to provide service at a very late notice. I would only recommend this service center if the person I was recommending it to wanted a "Fiat" manufacturer center. I own a Fiat 500 and I bring it here for servicing. Every other service center I I was recommending it to wanted a "Fiat" manufacturer center. I own a Fiat 500 and I bring it here for servicing. Every other service center I have ever been to, including Fiat in Clearwater (where I bought the car) has been friendlier and I was able to speak with the mechanics. Not at Arrigo. Also, other than routine service, prices are expensive. Asked for an estimate to fix my headliner (material on the inside roof of car) which was falling down. They gave me a price of $1400. Outrageous, for a piece of polyester, which could easily be reused! Got it taken care of locally for $400. If I didn't want manufacturer servicing I would bring it someplace else. The sales department was well informed, familiar with their product and dealt with me as a PERSON, not just a prospect for another sale. A follow up for an appearance issue was also a delight. Service 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change. The new guy from Pittsburgh was great he was trying to help me speed it up he kept checking for me, I'll never go 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change. Too long, no reason for it I'm a businesswoman , would never leave a customer sitting there for 2 1/2 hours, this was terrible ! the last time I got my oil change in Connecticut it took 20 minutes.
