I found a replaced infotainment system not fitted properly-as lines appear around it. And I found the screw on the passenger side!!!!!!!!!! From where it came ??? Is it safe to drive like that???? Great service, Claudio is the best and very detailed. On the other hand,a Lyft driver was sent to pick me up and was TERRIBLE, spoke no English, got us lost twice and I couldn’t communicate with him. This was my 2nd visit to Arrigo even though we are from IN. Both times (2 years apart), we were driving from IN to the FL Keys. We dealt with the same service manager, Claudio. Arrigo even arranged for a car rental so we could continue our vacation. Since my Alfa was still in warranty, the rental was without cost to me.
