The dealer only does what it most or it's contractually obligated to do. This is a luxury brand! No offer of a shuttle service or loaner, car wasn't washed, service tech quick to point that something wasn' obligated to do. This is a luxury brand! After spending over $500 at Arrigo to repair my AC, the AC stopped working again days later. I brought it back to Arrigo and was told my expansion valve was leaking and evaporator core burst, then quoted $ AC stopped working again days later. I brought it back to Arrigo and was told my expansion valve was leaking and evaporator core burst, then quoted $2,300 for repairs. Took it for a second opinion, where they found nothing wrong with the evaporator core and fixed the expansion valve leak for $200! Working perfectly now. Very disappointed in Arrigo's service, to say the least. More
