Nice experience if you have the money.. 😝. In case they have not the part the car can sleep overnight but they offer free Lyft or Uber seevice - both ways. More

Well, the whole experience was good EXCEPT for the back of the driver seat. He or she or they (mechanics left on there a lot of grease that was diffult to clean up at home.

What more is there to say. You have failed miserably! Your response is insulting, inadequate, and patronizing. You were quick to take the money for repairs, but the air conditioner is not fixed. Now, all that you offer is the "please go away" response above that is shameful. My rating was kind...if I do it now, it would be "no stars" for any category!

Hi Michelle, This wasn't a case of miscommunication. I was given a specific quote for a specific service (new starter motor and battery cable). When I got the bill it was half again as much. ($1400 vs. $1000.) That's not "miscommunication," that's price gouging, in my opinion. I've been a loyal customer of Arrigo for over seven years. I expected better of you. E
