After giving a great review the week before they missed the fact that I had a nail in my tire. When I looked up Pirelli run flats for a replacement I learned they were warrantied for 1 year against road ha the fact that I had a nail in my tire. When I looked up Pirelli run flats for a replacement I learned they were warrantied for 1 year against road hazards such as nails. The service center did not know about the warranty and when I showed them they refused to look into it. They told me to take the tire and do the claim myself. When I contacted Pirelli they said Arrigo service center has to do it. I basically paid almost $400 when it should have been free. I sent an email to Arrigo asking for someone to reach out to me to educate them on the warranty and no one has called me. Updated 5/25/22 - the manager Michael called me and at least looked into the warranty. He said the Pirelli warranty is 1 year from when the car was built apparently for anyone that has this issue. More
