For the past 11 years I have been dealing with Arrigo Fiat/Alfa and I have nothing but high praise for everyone at this dealership. Claudio in servicing is, belligerent, disrespectful & a liar. He lied about my approving a diagnostic fee , he lied about my coming to the dealership 4 times prior requesting the same service as today..he liar. He lied about my approving a diagnostic fee , he lied about my coming to the dealership 4 times prior requesting the same service as today..he called me a liar when i told him that the service department added Freon to my vehicle, saying he knows for a fact that they didn’t do it, when i know for a fact they did. He didn’t even look up in the service records to confirm it, he went back one visit. If he’s what this service department has to offer, I would stay away. When I complained to his manager, he was very nice. Unfortunately, you don’t deal with the service manager on a daily, you have to deal with Claudio, NO, thank you ! More
