I especially want to thank Claudio for taking the extra time and effort to work with the warranty manager to obtain approval for my steering wheel replacement. They were able to do my out of state purchase with no issues. The only thing I would improve upon was communication at times. Dear Chris, Upon refueling my Fiat last evening, the engine warning light turned off. This indicates the issue was likely attributable to a loose gas cap rather than any mechanical defect. In light of this, the parts that were ordered by you are unnecessary and will not be installed. Accordingly, please process a refund for the charges associated with your guaranteed service. I am, however, prepared to remit the $300 service fee for the inspection, reflecting the multiple hours I spent at your dealership waiting for your expert evaluation. For your reference, I provided a diagnostic report from another service provider—completed approximately 30 minutes prior to my arrival at Arrigo—which indicated no issues with the vehicle. This report was not reviewed by you when presented. You pushed it away. Please advise whether this matter will be handled directly through you or if I should escalate it to dealership ownership or management. Kindly direct me to the appropriate contact, and I will follow up accordingly. I expect to hear back from you today. More
