I requested an appointment for Monday and work began on Thursday. The diagnosis was new convertible top and mechanism at a cost of thousands. Correct diagnosis low battery. They did credit the $477 diagnosis toward cost of new battery after multiple negotiations. However after paying $200 just for battery installation when I checked new battery once home, I found they just put the battery in tray and hooked up terminals. The hold down brackets were left on the trunk floor for me to do myself. More

Appointment was for 10:00 and was told that the service would take about 1.5 hours. At 12:00 I inquired and realized that the vehicle was where I had left it. Completed at 2:00. This was hands down the worst retail experience I’ve had, especially considering the amount of money I was spending. Communication was terrible from start to finish. There was no clear line of communication between the sales staff and management, and management actually changed midway through the deal, which completely derailed things. I never received proper follow-through, and despite ongoing discussions, I was never given a clear, written offer. Emails came from unclear addresses, texts came from random numbers, and there was no confirmation of anything—overall it felt disorganized and sketchy. When I came in to finalize the deal (after giving two days’ notice), I ended up waiting over an hour because one employee quit and the general manager wasn’t even there. No backup plan, no urgency, no accountability. I was purchasing a used Audi, not an Alfa Romeo, and it was obvious they didn’t care about my deal because it wasn’t their brand and likely wasn’t as profitable for them. That lack of interest was clear in how I was treated, and I genuinely felt taken advantage of by the end. I would not have completed this purchase if it hadn’t been the exact used car I was looking for. Horrible experience overall. I do not recommend this dealership at all. More

Had to wait a month for parts to arrive. I would have done things differently if I knew it would take that long for motor mounts to arrive.
