Took my vehicle in for repair and it was damaged The service at this dealership is horrible. I took my 2015 Cadillac XTS Platinum edition in for service and while my vehicle was in the possession of The service at this dealership is horrible. I took my 2015 Cadillac XTS Platinum edition in for service and while my vehicle was in the possession of the dealership, it was damaged because one of the guys in service backed another car into my vehicle. Adam Estes called and informed my husband of the incident and we went to the dealership later that day. I wanted the dealership to compensate me in the form of significantly lowering my $760 service bill ( which was what the dealership charged to replace a sensor that they said may have been damage from another vehicle possibly tapping my bumper(which had no signs of damage on the bumper itself)),since I would not be able to use my own vehicle to go out of town for Christmas. The dealership offered a minimal discount that I am very unhappy with because I am without a vehicle for who knows how long and what if that minor accident causes another sensor to go out, I will be out of hundreds of more dollars. I am dissatisfied with their service and especially that of Adam Estes because the situation was not handled correctly or amicably. I would not recommend their service department. More

I made an appointment with James Brown and he walked me through the process. He helped me save the stations I wanted. He was very patient and professional. BIGGEST MISTAKE.so they looked at it and said it was Motor oil I just fixed a motor leak and showed the person helping me the paper work and said that was the problem and had to take it back to where the work was done. I figured i would wait because it is about 45 min from my home BIG MISTAKE I didn't know my miles where almost over for my extended warranty! I took it in to the dealership where I GO and they said it was TRANSMISSION OIL NOT MOTOR " HOW CAN THEY NOT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE"!!!!! NOW I DON'T HAVE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AND IT IS GOING TO COST ME 2300 + TAX TO FIX!!!! THEY TOTALLY MIS DIAGNOSED MY VEHICLE WHAT KIND OF MECHANICS DO THEY HAVE THEY DONT KNOW THE DIFFERNECE BETWEEN MOTOR AND TRANS OIL! More
Contacted this team to get status on my vehicle. The rep that was dealing with my truck was not around. When I asked for a status because it had been over 20 hrs in their possession, I was told that the rep that was dealing with my truck was not around. I called to see about a transmission repair and was told by the service guy that unless there was a computer code, they could not diagnose a vehicle problem. I asked if there was anyone capable onsite to di by the service guy that unless there was a computer code, they could not diagnose a vehicle problem. I asked if there was anyone capable onsite to diagnose in the absence of a computer code to tell them something; can it be that nobody is capable enough to manually observe, inspect and review a vehicle and identify the area of concern? He said that I should not talk to him like that. I agreed. I hung up. So much for a 30 plus year association with that dealership. It is the second time I have had this experience with Cadillac. They must be making tons of money to blow off customers so easily. More
I have a new Buick LaCrosse and I recently hit a pothole that needed my GoodYear tire replaced. I went to this dealership as they had it in stock and they charged me over $100 more than another dealership that needed my GoodYear tire replaced. I went to this dealership as they had it in stock and they charged me over $100 more than another dealership charged me a few months back for the same exact tire. They ethically ripped me off! I am disappointed that this dealership marked up a tire so much knowing that I really had no other choice. I would avoid this place based on ethical business practices. More
