Wonderful car buying experience I just bought a 2018 xt5, and I couldn't be more pleased with the salesman and the experience at Arnie Bauer. Unlike other dealerships, I did not feel pressured at all by my salesperson, Jesse. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about my vehicle. He took a lot of time to explain the car to my technologically challenged self! I'm very excited to have purchased my first, long awaited Cadillac from Jesse at Arnie Bauer! More

The best car experience ever Yesterday I came into Arnie Bauer to get a new car looking specifically at the Buick Regal. My salesperson was Jesse Dishner he was absolutely amazing Yesterday I came into Arnie Bauer to get a new car looking specifically at the Buick Regal. My salesperson was Jesse Dishner he was absolutely amazing. Jesse went up and beyond to get me in the perfect car. He is very knowledgeable of the cars and features. The Regal that Jesse found to fit my needs had to brought to Arnie Bauer and he got it there as soon as he could. Once all the paperwork was filled out with Tina (who is also amazing), Jesse walked me through the setup of the car and made sure I didn't have anymore questions. Not having seen the vehicle my primary concern was to see under Jesse Dishner was my salesperson. This was an internet purchase and it went very well. Not having seen the vehicle my primary concern was to see underneath the vehicle to check for rust or frame damage. Jesse got it up on a rack so that I could examine the underside of the vehicle prior to signing on the bottom line.
