Anthony at Armstrong made the shopping process very easy, friendly and low pressure. He was very patient and allowed us to think over a new purchase for a week without hounding us. We decided on a 2017 GTI and Anthony and the financing staff really worked with us to crunch the numbers and come up with a price, down payment, and payment terms that we were comfortable with. The buying process was smooth. Armstrong also handled the Volkswagen buy-back process and that was a easy and fast. I would recommend Armstrong to anyone. More

Never heard back after multiple attempts I called concerning a vehicle that I was very interested in (essentially ready to buy). I spoke with Dan and he told me to call back when he was on the lot the next day, which I did. He didn't answer and I left a detailed message with my return number and one question. I called a few more times and never heard back. I then received an email from Jane which asking if all my questions had been answered to which I obviously said "no" further saying that nobody had contacted me after multiple phone calls. Comically I never received a return email from her either. So apparently selling cars is not a primary interest of this car lot. More
