I would have given them 5 stars if halfway home (we live roughly 4 hours away) from the dealer we hadn't realized that the car with a fresh NY inspection on it had a headlight out. Now I've been been promised multiple times in 3 weeks that they will find a local solution to the issue. I've been told the GSM will call me, but he hasn't. No one has returned my 6 calls and messages in the last week and it's been 3 weeks since I bought the car. I reported the issue the day after purchasing. Would not recommend. More

So, I made my own appointment, when I got there the Tech also notice the front low beam light was out. They would not replace the bulbs, it was "SOLD AS IS", Never again will purchase from them, thought they were a reputable company. Very disappointed. More

I would avoid. I understand that the profit margin and sales commission on a $14K vehicle is probably considerably less than an brand new $70K vehicle, but the sales team seemed uninterested at best in assisting and had a hard time getting phone calls returned while going through the purchase and financing of it. If you don't want to be bothered selling used vehicles, stop selling them. Secondly, from the time I purchased it the transmission felt as if it may be low on fluid or in need of servicing. It's a sealed transmission so I was unable to check the fluid level myself so made an appointment to bring it in while it was under NY state used car warranty. I made an appointment because they advised the worker who does transmission work wasn't in all the time (understandable), and I had to pay for a rental car so I had a vehicle while being worked on so wanted it at the shop for as shot a time as possible. Dropped it for service, then in 3 days, after several rounds of failed phone tag, I stopped past the shop (and by "stopped by" I mean drove the hour from home because nobody could answer the phone and when they did, nobody called me back again) to be told they hadn't even looked at it yet. Two days later I get called and told it's good, nothing wrong with it, service manager stated that he took it for a drive himself and claimed it to be on the, "one of the smoothest driving Journey's'" (his words) that he'd ever driven. I was kind of mad to have paid for a rental car for most of the week only to have it looked at 5 days after being dropped off but I figured, its done, I have the car back, we'll just move on. The transmission continued to feel off but I assumed perhaps Dodge Journey's just weren't a smooth driving car. This all occurred approximately two months ago. This week I took the vehicle for brakes and had the mechanic point out a very minor leak from the transmission, one he surmised could have existed for weeks or months due to the leak being very minor and transmission fluid having been spattered some distance down the length of the undercarriage of the vehicle. Having this pointed out, and having noticed minor fluid drippings in the driveway for the last couple months that I had previously blamed on my older vehicle, I did a visual check an confirmed no leak from my other vehicle, only the transmission of the Journey. With these new findings and the dismissive nature of the service staff and manager, I cant help but wonder if a test drive or even a basic visual inspection of the transmission was completed to begin with. Another Dodge dealer in the area advised transmission service on the vehicle will be $500-800 so I understand why the staff of Armory would blow me off rather than complete work under warranty but it doesn't make it right. Now here I am, a week before an intended family vacation struggling to not only find a shop to complete service this week, but also figuring out how to afford it when it seems this issue should have been detected and repaired by Armory in the week that they had it in their shop. I'd suggest suggest looking elsewhere if in the market for a vehicle or for service on an already owned vehicle. More

This place is a joke they will quickly take your money for a lease. Bring your vehicle in for service tell you it will be two days to repair. No contact crickets!!! You call, no one answers the phone, you start calling every number you can find to get a human to answer the phone..PARTS...guy was great to message our service writer calls back after car in shop now for 7 days so dude we don't have the TOOL to finish the repair going to be another two days. Oh yeah enterprise doesn't have any cars so we can't give you a rental. HELLO ARMORY GARAGE there is more than one Enterprise Rental Agency in the Capital District start using your brain and fingers to dial a phone and find a car for us!!!!! More

You know most people write about the salespeople like I did but I’d like to write about the finance guy. The guy that takes your money but explains every little item to you.
