Excellent Service Department I purchased my Jeep almost 5 yrs ago and the ONLY reason I continue to go to Armory for my service is Marlon and the members of the service department I purchased my Jeep almost 5 yrs ago and the ONLY reason I continue to go to Armory for my service is Marlon and the members of the service department. The drive to Armory is not a convenience to me but the service I receive makes it worth it. If anything, I would definitely recommend using Armory for your service needs. More

While my shimmeringly beautiful Blackberry Pearl Chrysler 200 didn’t originally roll off the Armory Garage Showroom floor in Albany, New York -- aft While my shimmeringly beautiful Blackberry Pearl Chrysler 200 didn’t originally roll off the Armory Garage Showroom floor in Albany, New York -- after my first experience there, I have decided that Armory’s Service Center is the only garage I will engage to service my car. There are other Chrysler dealerships in our region of Upstate New York, including the one where I purchased my lovely Chrysler 200, but the impressive experience I had at Armory, and the fine care my car received there, trumps the others by a long shot. I sensed that every moment spent at Armory was designed with respect for me, my time and my car. From driving directly into the bright and clean service area through an automatic garage doorway, to being greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who discussed my concerns and plans for service, to waiting in a well-appointed and comfortable waiting area, the entire experience couldn’t have been more convenient. Thank you to Mr. Steve Kane, my Armory Service Advisor, who noted my concerns and answered my questions. After my car was assessed, he explained exactly what service was needed and why, then alerted me of the cost. After the work was completed, Mr. Kane again spoke with me, making sure my questions were thoughtfully answered. It is clear that the Chrysler Corporation, and Armory Garage, and Mr. Kane understand not only the business of designing and selling cars, but the safety needs and deeper concerns of the people who drive them. We live in the North Country – icy arctic blasts followed by heavy snowfall is our domain. We need to feel confident that our car isn’t going to stall during a storm; or, in the middle of a 20 degree below zero nighttime emergency, we must KNOW that our car will start up and operate immediately and flawlessly! Thank you, one and all, I feel extremely good about being a Chrysler owner. More

I decided to bring one of the company Ford vehicles in after having an excellent experience in dealing with Paul C. a couple of months back with a Dodge Ram. Again I found this visit was quick, efficient and professional all around-Rick was the mechanic. Armory has a couple of gems in these employees & the mechanic staff overall! Highly recommend Armory service and now am bringing my personal vehicle in for service as well (which is not a Dodge/Chrysler so this tells you something)!! More
Terrible Service Tom Harpster is the worst person to work with. Can anybody imagine being belligerent and yelling to a customer? They could not fix my tire sensor problem even now. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to get their cars serviced at Armory. The best way to set this right is to take up the problem with the parent company. Imagine Armory hiring people like Tom who has no customer skills. I wonder if he has yelled at other customers or if..............................racism made him do it to me. More

On the road repairs I am General Manager for a small company in Georgia. Our business requires that we do demonstrations throughout the country. We use a 2010 Dodge 350 I am General Manager for a small company in Georgia. Our business requires that we do demonstrations throughout the country. We use a 2010 Dodge 3500 Dualie Diesel which has been a very good truck. However, at about 350K miles, we developed a clutch problem while in the Albany area. After the first dealer said it would be a week or two, I was able to contact Armory and spoke with AJ Erschen. He and the guys in service worked hard, overnighted some parts, even sent a runner over the state line for a few more, and had us back on the road in 2 days. I was very impressed with the service, and the truck has run great since we had the work done. More

Brought in our son's 2008 jeep. This dealership diagnosed the problem for $686. They told us is would be a $1500. part and would require $2000. worth labor. In short we brought home the car to Lo diagnosed the problem for $686. They told us is would be a $1500. part and would require $2000. worth labor. In short we brought home the car to Long Island and paid $750.00 for a new diagnosis and repair!! More
