June 20. 2013 , I just drove away with my " second 'Jeep Patriot " , in as many years ...... all because of the personality - ease of transaction - and knowledge of the business - that Mr Bob Siitcer pocesses, and displays . Walking in after a year , he still remembered me , what I drove , even what I traded in . Being an older gentleman [ 64 ] this is the kind of service , and courtisy I had always been used to all my life . That's something that has suffered greatly in our society , but your "Bob Sitcer " , still portrays those qualities of being a honest - trusting - and very proffessioal salesman . He's become a friend that I trust ! Buying a vehicle with Bob is a " simple procedure " ....he guides you through it so easily ..... and all the time , making you feel as if you're the most important person in the building . I don't believe I can recall any one as cordial , and polite as Bob , he's a pleasure to work with ! We went down to Armory twice, a 2 hour trip to look at new Dodge Rams. I felt we go a decent deal and Alex, Matt and Brie were all fun to work with.
