We drove 3 hours to purchase a pre-owned 2011 Chrysler from Dave and Armory Garage. That should tell you a lot. Dave assured us it was worth the trip and not only bent over backwards to accommodate our time schedule, but diligently worked with us through every step of the buying process. Bottom line: we got a great pre-owned vehicle at a more than reasonable price. Dave came through on his every word in negotiating a deal which made the buying process smooth and efficient. My husband and I went to Armory just to look at some new cars with no intent on buying. We were at a few other dealerships prior to this one where the people were extremely rude and didn't want to help us b cars with no intent on buying. When we came to Armory, Anthony greeted us with such a friendly attitude. He sat us down and actually listened to what we wanted for our next car. He took the time to answer any of our questions we had with no hesitation or attitude. He made the experience great, and usually buying a car isn't that great of an experience. He pulled up and showed us a new jeep and explained all the bells and whistles. He took a look at our trade and told us everything and anything we needed to know about the trading process. When we went back to his desk to talk numbers, the deal seemed to good to be true and we ended up buying the car right then and there. Anthony was so polite and positive the whole time that it made us want to buy the car. He wasn't pushy at all and had such a great attitude. I already recommended him to my friends and family who are in the market for a new car. I will definitely be going back to see him for now on! More
