Alex was great and very I purchased a 2009 BMW 328i from Armani Motors and honestly this was the easiest and best car buying experience I've ever had. Alex was great and very professional in every steps of the process from communicating, test drive, sales and finance. He thoroughly explained everything and made sure I am comfortable with this purchase. Once I made my decision to moved forward with this purchase I had to spend no more than 30 minutes to get approved and sign the paperwork. Alex and Mark worked hard to get the best rate for me since I had a very limited credit history. It has been over 3 month now that I am enjoying my BMW and wanted to share my experience with you all. They surely have beautiful cars and their customer service is second to none. More

Please read. I am a 20 year old college student and financed a vehicle through Armani Motors to commute to school and work. The car was delivered with many faults I am a 20 year old college student and financed a vehicle through Armani Motors to commute to school and work. The car was delivered with many faults and currently won't even turn over (start). I have tried to reach out to Alex, but was ignored for too long. I can no longer drive to school and have to take the transit after buying a 25k broken car. I am %100 hopeless at this point and can no longer find the brighter end of things with my first car purchase. Please don't make my mistake. I am paying for a broken car, and cannot afford to repair it because the head gasket and pump have given out and caused too much damage. I'm lucky if they even answer my call. My job and job are now at stake because of an irresponsible dealership. More
