We took our 2020 Toyota Corolla to get fixed on September 2023. After they fixed (it was $2300.00)we got our car back. Drove home and it started having a sound that was not there before. We took the car back and they let us know that it was the transmission and it will cost us $8000.00. I spoke with the representative that was attending me and let him know it was odd that we took the car the first time and after two weeks it had a sound and it was the transmission with $8000.00 charge. After a couple of months I took the car to a different dealership and they took the time to check what really was the problem and resolved it for less ($2800.00) than the $8000.00 this dealership quoted. Conclusion, get a second opinion! Follow your gut and your intuition when it tells you that someone is not being honest. More

Hace año y medio fui a hacer la rotacion de goma y cuando fui nuevamente hace un año me habian desaparecido la yave de clan, tuvieon que darme nuevo juego clan para hacer la rotación de gomas, y hoy por haber tenido esa amarga experiencia la vez pasada, mandé a hacer cambio de aceite, cambio de filtro de motor y rotación de goma, cuando llamé a hacer la cita por la mañana para las 10 00 am, a nombre de Lilleana Albertina Macet Gil, Toyota corola del 2017, me dijeron que yo tenía cupón y que el cambio de aceite era $19.50 dólares y no fue así me cobraron más y además me cobraron la rotación de goma, y cuando fui a mi carro revisé para ver si mi yave de clan se encontraba y no estaba cuando le pregunté a la muchacha rubia que me atendió ella buscó y buscó y no la encontró y cuando fue a averiguar por mi yave de clan vinieron y me dijeron que no estaba y que por esa razón no me hicieron rotación de goma, o sea me iva confiada para mi casa porque supuestamente me habían hecho rotación de gomas, cosa que era mentira porque me lo cobraron, si no llega a hacer porque yo revisé mi carro para ver si la yave de clan estaba, no me entero que el servicio no se había hecho, fue una falta de respeto y además se reían de mi..jamás pensé que a una mujer sola le podrían hacer semejante abuso, espero me ayude con respuesta clara para este dijusto tan grande del robo que me ivan a hacer hoy más la burla de el maneger con la muchacha rubia que me atendió Gracias.. Dealing with this place was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. In SEPTEMBER I made an appointment to take my car in to be looked at for an issue covered under warranty. I arranged time off work for the appointmen In SEPTEMBER I made an appointment to take my car in to be looked at for an issue covered under warranty. I arranged time off work for the appointment and was told that because my appointment was scheduled for so late in the afternoon (4:40) they wouldn't be able to actually look at my car that day - well then maybe don't let people make appointments that late in the day. I then sent in a complaint form about that on the website using the Contact Us form and received a call back less than an hour later. But the person did not even bother to read my message, and wanted to know what car I was interested in buying. I sent an email to the managers listed on the website but got no response. I took my car in on my new appointment date and they didn't have the new part, so I had to wait a few weeks for the new part to come in. I went in in October to have the part installed and...it was the wrong part. It did not come in until January, during which they made no attempts to update me on the status. A few hours after I dropped my car off on a January Wednesday to have the part replaced, I got a text from the service advisor asking if they could keep it overnight because they found another something or other was torn and the new part wouldn't be in until the next morning. I told her that was fine. The following afternoon (Thursday) I got a text from the service advisor that when she did her inspection after the repair she found they had inadvertently unplugged the driver's side window and asked if they could keep it overnight, as it would require a few hours the next day to get into the console. To her credit, she arranged for a complimentary rental car. I was assured the car would be ready the following day. The following day, I reached out to the service advisor to confirm whether my car would be ready as I was assured it would be, and got no response. A couple hours later, I called in and spoke to a receptionist, who advised me to reach out again. I did and got no response. A couple hours later I called again, and the receptionist checked and the service advisor was out that day, and for some reason NO ONE can tell me what is going on with my car. I want to make it clear that I have no problem with her being out. In fact, I applaud a work life balance, and I do not fault her at all. But the fact that NO ONE else could help me is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. My car was ready the next day. I couldn't get out of that place fast enough, and I cannot wait to never go back again. Run, don't walk, away from this place. More
