Very courteous staff but wasn't the best experience I've had with Toyota. They tried charging almost $100 for a cabin air filter that costs between $10-$30 and takes a minute to replace. When I said I didn' had with Toyota. They tried charging almost $100 for a cabin air filter that costs between $10-$30 and takes a minute to replace. When I said I didn't want to pay for that they put my old filter back in the car, leaves and all which ended up getting in my blower motor causing issues with my AC until I figured out the issue. Would it have been that hard to take the leaves out? I didn't even ask for this to be done in the first place, at least do it right please. Besides that, everything else was fine. Their collision department is great. More

Service experience needs major improvement. I have a 9 am appointment today and was in line until 9:40 am with other cars being seen before me who had just pulled up. Toyota service needs to have a better system which serves their customers who were in line first. I am currently waiting inside and the car that was in line for 2 minutes and 2 seconds is being seen first just because of how the lines moved. I had been in line almost 25 minutes at that point. When I brought this to both attendants attention, no apology or care was given or shown. I told them this was not their fault but not right. I also feel like the scheduler is overbooking like airlines do since there were so many cars here at the same time. More
