Very very poor wait time. They book everyone at the same time. I had to wait three hours for simple oil change & tire rotation. Only advisor helped me was Laszlo Pirkov. Had my car since 2019, he was the only advisor that took me through the computer with my Toyota plan. He was very nice and helpful. To bad there was not more like him that would be helpful. The dealership needs to hire more mechanics if there is not enough to get the people in and out. I don’t believe they throughly check the cars anyway. More
