repair consultant 1st initial time me D offered Courtesy Uber home so I wouldn’t have to wait. This never happened. I would’ve called someone but this repair consultant never told me that an Uber driver was Uber home so I wouldn’t have to wait. This never happened. I would’ve called someone but this repair consultant never told me that an Uber driver was not forthcoming... The computerized diagnostic was close to $300 after taxes when I read the repair recommendations, I found much to my surprise recommendations for additional diagnostic recommendations at 175 (2x) apiece JUST for the diagnostic of 2 fluid leaks. Full review on Google. Long story short made four attempts to try to understand estimate. No response. More

I went there for service on my Tacoma. Everything went fantastic. They had my vehicle inside in about 5 minutes and the service was just under an hour. The service representative, Michael, Everything went fantastic. They had my vehicle inside in about 5 minutes and the service was just under an hour. The service representative, Michael, was great. I highly recommend. I will definitely buy my next Toyota from Arlington. More

Sales is high pressure and force bogus add-ons. Service center is horrible. On the surface it seems organized. You have a service advisor assigned to you and have an appointment. It takes forever to even get checked in. I actually left this last time. It was going to take an hour or so to get checked in. Triple stacked lines all the way to the road. The people there are super rude and simply don't care if you are there or not. I guess because they have plenty of business. I used them for a recall also. I had to drop it off two different times for entire day because it wasn't fixed right the first time. I will definitely not be buying or servicing my cars at Arlington Toyota despite it being more convenient. I'm a Toyota guy....but not from them. More

Service Department . I waited 4 hours for oil change and tired rotation, and patch a tire and had an appointment.
