We have been looking at buying a Camry Solara Convertible for a few weeks. We stopped by this dealership 2 or 3 times, test drove a car and left without being pressured to make an instant decision. On the last trip we met with Torry Sessoms, and he answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable, and exuded a real sense of confidence, which put us at ease. Torry also provided a great option. They did not have the car we wanted on site but were scheduled to get one within a week. We made an agreement to purchase the car sight unseen with the caveat that if we did not like the color when it came in we could cancel the purchase. Ben Kennedy, the Sales Manager, was also very helpful, and made us comfortable in making the deal without seeing the car. The offer they presented was quite attractive, and they worked with us. Robert Hernandez put together the financial paperwork very quickly, and the process seemed to go much more smoothly than it did the last time we bought a car about 8 years ago. In addition to all that they fed us while we were there, and that was quite a treat. More

I did my research and shopped around. I received a sales quote on the vehicle I wanted. I let them know that I didn't have a lot of time and wasn't interested in they typical back and forth with a dealershi quote on the vehicle I wanted. First off, this is one of the best dealerships I have ever bought a car from. I had first tried Coggin Toyota at the avenues in Jacksonville, FL and I wasn't happy with how pushy and arrogant the sales p ever bought a car from. He was very laid back and gave us our time to think things through. Also we were in and out with our new car in 4 hours! We weren't there all day which was great. He never pressured us in any way, let us drive different Camry's until we found the one of our dreams. Ben Kennedy, the sales manager was also great. We told him we did not want to sit around hour after hour waiting to hear what kind of deal we were going to get. These two men were up front with us and made us feel special. The night we picked up our new Camry, we even ate a hamburger with Stan while our deal was being drawn up! What a great experience! We will refer Arlington Toyota to all of our friends and family!
