Never heard of a dealership turning down cash. - The truck I bought had a truck bed cover on it and they used it as a selling point during a video they sent me as well as telling me that it would cost me $1,200-$1,500 to put one on myself. Then when I got there, the cover was actually broken, so now that selling point they used to get me to the dealership was actually a lie. - It takes 3-4 different people to get a straight answer. One person has to go talk to another person, then that person has to call another person to get any sort of answer. - For some reason the dealership changed only one of the tires on the truck with a mismatched tire, and instead of replacing 2 tires, they are giving me a hard time that it's not their fault and will only replace 1 again. Any reputable service department would know that only changing 1 tire can cause safety and drivetrain issues and improper tire wear. Been going back and forth with the dealership for weeks now to get this resolved and no one seems to have an answer. - Signed the contract for the agreed upon price after going through this whole ordeal, paid off my financed loan the following day, and now they are asking for more money 2 weeks later. Instead of sending my registration tag to my house so I do not have to drive another 2 hours, they had it sent to the dealership and are telling me I owe them more money now, even after the title and tag department at the dealership agreed to the price and said the dealership would pay any additional cost due to them messing up the numbers on the original out the door price. Absolutely shady practices going on over there. Have never had such a poor experience especially at a legitimate Toyota dealership. You will have a better experience and a smaller “no-name" dealer. In all the service visits I had this was the first time I felt like an important customer. Randy made me feel like I was an important person and treated me that way, in contrast to others who treated me like felt like an important customer. Randy made me feel like I was an important person and treated me that way, in contrast to others who treated me like a “second class nobody” one service person in the past told me to go elsewhere for service. Thank you Randy. More
