We were shopping around for a Nissan Armada and decided to stroll into Arlington Nissan. This place is an absolute circus of lies and deceit. The ringleader is Leonides “The Liar” Garcia. After laughing our way out of there, we did some research and found out that he has a terrible reputation in the auto industry… The sales tactics used by Leonides (Leo) and his clowns were so amateur and old-school that they were actually humorous. They will attempt and even force you to pay thousands of extra dollars for fake fees and unnecessary add-ons that are simply a moneymaking scheme. Anything they will bully you into purchasing besides the actual vehicle is a pure-profit scam. Tax, title, license and doc fee are the only things you should be paying for after the *negotiated* MSRP or final sale price of the vehicle is established. Always check the final invoice for fake fees and ridiculously unnecessary add-ons that this dealership will attempt to sneak-in without your knowledge. These shady sales tactics should be illegal, but somehow this place is still getting away with it. Don’t let these clowns steal your money. More

***DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS DEALERSHIP***THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY*** I went in to Arlington Nissan to buy a new Pathfinder…and had the displeasure of dealing with Leonides Garcia, again. He was j STEAL YOUR MONEY*** I went in to Arlington Nissan to buy a new Pathfinder…and had the displeasure of dealing with Leonides Garcia, again. He was just as rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional as the first time I met him at Toyota of Fox Lake. Hands-down the worst salesperson I’ve ever met. Long story short, I refused to buy a vehicle from this dealership. The dastardly duo of GM John Kokkalis and Sales Director Leonides (Leo) Garcia are up to their shady antics again. Years back, they used to scam customers out of thousands of dollars per vehicle at Toyota of Fox Lake. I also attempted to buy a car there and it was the same scammy story. These two are nothing more than common criminals; they will steal your money. Fun fact: they were both shown the door after countless complaints filed with Toyota and the Illinois Attorney General. They have now transitioned their scams to Arlington Nissan. Do not fall for any of the mind games this stealership will use to force you into paying $5K+ in extra fees/add-ons, on top of the standard tax/title/license and “doc fee”. The doc fee (documentary fee) is an optional, ridiculous fee that dealerships charge for printing paperwork, and it’s pure profit for them. Illinois has a doc fee cap of $367 this year. All of the other fictitious fees/add-ons are also pure profit for dealers, but they can charge whatever they want for those. Do your research and question everything. DO NOT sign anything until you triple check the final invoice for shady markups. I won’t even get into the way you’ll be treated if you’re smarter than Leonides and refuse to fall/pay for his schemes…unprofessional is a severe understatement. Go literally anywhere else and you’ll get a better deal on any vehicle, guaranteed. Do not deal with these two miscreants or any of their minions.
