Bob Rohrman Arlington Nissan is part of the Bob Rohrman Auto Group, one of the largest family owned auto groups in the United Sates. Shortly after Mr. Rohrman finished his term with the U.S. Army's tank division at Fort Lewis in Washington state, he opened a used car lot on the Sagamore Parkway in Lafayette, IN. This was the start of the Bob Rohrman Auto Group that has grown to over 30 franchise new car dealerships in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. How did the Bob Rohrman Auto Group get so big? Just came in for service. Kiah was able to accommodate me last minute. Not only did he take me in he got me out quick with a car wash. Their “marketing” strategy is to send out newsletters with scratch-offs telling people they’ve won $5000 cash, then when people call they confirm they’ve won and take their info to claim a prize. Then on with scratch-offs telling people they’ve won $5000 cash, then when people call they confirm they’ve won and take their info to claim a prize. Then once they come in the employees laugh at their victim and tell them that they’re “being an idiot” if they believe this and they’re not actually a winner. When I called in later to give feedback, their manager hung up on me after I said the word “flyer”. This kind of “marketing” may sell some extra cars that day, but you’re alienating your community. I will never buy a car at Rohrman now, that’s for sure! Unprofessional through and through. More
