Another Satisfying Experience! Recently, I had the unfortunate experience of having my hot coolant light come on in my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP as I was driving on I-88 near Nape Recently, I had the unfortunate experience of having my hot coolant light come on in my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP as I was driving on I-88 near Naperville. I immediately called my trusted service advisor,Dave Hetzel, of Sullivan Buick GMC and told him what had just occurred. Dave advised me to pull off the expressway and have my car towed into the dealership to avoid any potential engine damage.Once at the dealership,Dave had a loaner car ready which is much appreciated since I need a car everyday for my outside sales job. After a couple of days, my hot coolant light issue was diagnosed(thermostat stuck) and fixed. I always appreciate that Dave Hetzel is only a phone call away to provide honest,trusted advice in any situation. Thank You for always taking care of me. The Service Dept. was professional, courteous, efficient, found the cause of thee problem and resolved it. I have purchased six vehicles from the Sullivan dealership over the years and will continue to do so in the future. I have also used the service department for all of my vehicles and have always been very pleased. I recommend the Sullivan dealership to everyone for both car purchases as well as for service. Opened hood and there's the problem the idiots forgot to tighten up the air hoes and it had fell out??? And these guys are suppose to be professionals?? Good thing my 4 year old was not in car and no one hit us in traffic??? This is the second time they have forgotten to secure the tube. So please don't go here you could be saving your life or and family members life. More

I bought a 2012 Buick Verano almost 4 years ago which I absolutely love and the check engine light came on, so I called the Service Department, I explained I had to work and if I could drop it off after work and leave the car with them and omg no problem they gave me a loaner and the next day Dave called to say the car was ready and he said it was ok to pick it up after I got off work (so stress free I worried about nothing) when I got there Dave explained the minor problem, that it was fixed and to call if I ever needed anything. I'm sure knowing that you have nice people who care that you worry about what could be wrong with your car who also care and want you to feel like your car is in good hands is a great feeling at the end!! Replaced Tow Hitch Cover I recently bought a new Enclave here and brought car in for first free oil change. I noticed the fascia cover over the tow hitch was missing and deale I recently bought a new Enclave here and brought car in for first free oil change. I noticed the fascia cover over the tow hitch was missing and dealer sales manager got me a free replacement while service guys got my car done quick without an appointment and brought it out all polished up. Like always, I was welcomed with a warm and helpful smile by my service rep Dave Hetzel. He listened to me explain everything that I believed needed attention and provided a loaner Buick LaCrosse until the issues were diagnosed and fixed. While my vehicle was in the shop, Dave was in contact with me explaining in detail exactly what needed to be serviced on my car. He was knowledgeable,honest and caring. After completion,he test drove my car and made sure everything was done correctly.Dave is a class act and someone that goes the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service. Service manager, Mike Baker, does an excellent job overseeing this department and is always available to assist. Both Mike and Dave are wonderful assets to the Sullivan Buick Team. Dave Hetzel is Excellent! I've been servicing my cars at Sullivan, Arlington Heights for over 15 years. I have also purchased two vehicals and traded in one , and sold one. I feel that they were very fair on the purchases and sales. Regarding servicing, I prefer Sullivan, even though others may cost a little less. I usually call or ask for Dave Hetzel. He is always very patient in answering my many questions, and thorough in explaining what needs to be done, and also what doesn't need to be done! I trust him. He is also pleasant and willing to take extra steps to help. I also deal with Rose once in awhile, and she has the same qualities as Dave. No knock on anyone else... I just don't know them as well, but all the service people seem very competent and accommodating. Back to Dave Hetzel... I think that you have a high quality employee there.
