Victor (service advisor) was very easy on the nerves and explained everything to me. Car was ready when promised. I really enjoyed my visit there. As far as the sales department, I dealt with Dale Zalusky. Just a plain nice guy without any B/S. I would deal with and recommend both Sullivan and Dale to anyone who expresses an interest in buying or servicing their car. More
Extremely experienced and knowledgeable! My GMC Terrain's message board came up saying that my engine was overheating and the engine fans were blowing although my car had only gone a few mile My GMC Terrain's message board came up saying that my engine was overheating and the engine fans were blowing although my car had only gone a few miles and the thermostat was cold. I immediately called Dave. He gave me advice about what to do and check before driving over to make sure I wouldn't damage my engine. After I found out that I'd be ok to drive to Sullivan, he did what he always does. He took care of everything and kept me well informed about what the problem ended up being and the repairs taking place and the cost. I trust Dave with any and every reccomendation he gives as he is a highly experienced, highly knowlegdeable and completely honest person. Thank you Dave and to the mechanics and staff at Sullivan. Excellent Service Always! I was out running errands and came out of the store to find out that my Encore wouldn't start. Confused since it had been running just fine I called I was out running errands and came out of the store to find out that my Encore wouldn't start. Confused since it had been running just fine I called the Sullivan service department and was fortunate enough to speak with Dave Hetzel. He was extremely helpful, offered me the number for both roadside service and a local towing company if needed. I told him I would call him back with an update. After roadside was able to start my car, I called Dave back and he said I could come right over. I was worried about being out again and having the same problem. Once at Sullivan, Dave had my car checked and keeped me informed. He also alerted me to a recall and had that fixed as well. My car battery was replaced and I was in and out in an hour. I am so thankful for the great service! Dave is an excellent consultant and a great asset to Sullivan Buick. More

She went above and beyond for me during one of my service visits. She was incredibly helpful, supportive, friendly and very knowledgeable about my situation and helped make my experience a great one. Her individual attention made me feel like she was really taking care of me, and not like I was just another face in the crowd. And secondly, Mike Baker, who is the head of the service department, who also went above and beyond for me. Both Mike and Cindy were amazing to work with and Sullivan is lucky to have them both. More
Customer Service like no other I've been coming here for years, and trust them with the safety and service of my car. My last maintence service experience was exceptionally superb. I've been coming here for years, and trust them with the safety and service of my car. My last maintence service experience was exceptionally superb. With my baby in the backseat, my car died. In a panic, I called Sullivan to see what they could do. Service advisor, Cindy Laser, came to my rescue. She provided me a Roadside assistance number for a tow, and arranged for me to have a loaner car waiting for me when I arrived. When I arrived at Sullivan, she graciously offered to go to my car and get my son's lunch bag that I had left inside my car, she additionally brought me my car phone charger and garage door opener -- two things I didn't even think of, but she did! She kept in touch with me on all aspects of the process, and was incredibly genuine and personal. She treated me like a friend. The type of customer service I was given is the type of attention that fosters loyalty. I'll be in need of a new car soon, and Sullivan GMC will be my first stop because of the customer service they've provided to me over the years, especially my last experience with Cindy. I've also had great service experience with Victor, Dave, and Mike. I hope their Sales department is as customer focused and genuine as their Service team. Thank you all so much! More

The reason I keep coming back is the phenomenal service that I get from my service consultants. Dave Hetzel, service consultant is OVER-THE-TOP-OUT-OF-THIS- WORLD- PHENOMENAL!! He has serviced 3 of my cars over the years and SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN ABOVE EXCELLENT!! He treats you like gold, answers all questions, keeps you updated on everything that is going on with your car while in service, and gives you peace of mind. I have been to other dealerships for service and WILL NEVER go anywhere else! Thanks Dave for always treating me like family. More

Always ask for Service Advisor Dave Hetzel who truly understands Customer Service. And the fact that his technical expertise is outstanding makes coming in for a repair a true joy. He always listens and because Dave is a "Car Guy" he understands where the customer is coming from. I admittedly am finicky with my cars and Dave and Sullivan have never let me down. The factory would not repair the problem I had. I then met with Dave and the Service Manager, Mike Baker, and went over the circumstances. Mike decided that since the repair was so unusual Sullivan would pick up the tab for fixing the problem. This truly shows that satisfied customers are important to Sullivan and I would recommend them to everyone. More
