The oil change was fine. The original encounter with Brian was fine. Two days later when I called to follow up on a pending repair the customer service was terrible. No answer when calling service depar Brian was fine. Two days later when I called to follow up on a pending repair the customer service was terrible. No answer when calling service department. No answer on Brians phone. There was an outdated voicemail relating to previous week. No prompt to leave a message. I spent more than 40 minutes trying to get someone to answer with no success. Eventually someone (possibly Amy) took a message for Brian to call me. When he called I very adamantly expressed my displeasure with the phone service. Brian apologized and said that he was busy with other customers and/or out to lunch. When I mentioned that the service department was "understaffed' he took exception to that comment. From my vantage point if you can't answer the phones your are understaffed. At that point I was completely disappointed with my experience at your dealership and I cancelled my service order. Later I received a very cordial call from service manager Mike and he spent considerable time listening and answering. The bottom line for me is that I place great importance on customer service and that service begins with being able to get through on the phone and being able to discuss what progress is being made to address my concerns.
