I've worked as a Service Director,Service Manager,Service Advisor and Tech at a local Dealer in Schaumburg. I purchased a new Chevy 2500 HD Duramax and Have been looking for a service department and Service Advisor and Tech at a local Dealer in Schaumburg. I purchased a new Chevy 2500 HD Duramax and Have been looking for a service department and Service Advisor. I tried Stacek, meh... and Fox Lake Chevy, decent but kinda far. I bought maintenance parts from this dealer while the techs were on strike, I was throughly impressed with the service department and the parts associate was great. I set up my first maintenance appt ( I change my oil every 2-3 weeks) and met Brian Poteracki. Although he seemed to be the only advisor on at the time he was efficient, professional and his followup was on point. Very impressed, I hope The GM reads this because the processes are definitely working in parts and service. Thank you Brian and I'll be back.... and tell a few people as well. More

I brought my car in to fix a headlight. I was told it would be an hour wait, and that the light may be covered by warranty. After an hour and a half, I was informed by the service attendant that it was n would be an hour wait, and that the light may be covered by warranty. After an hour and a half, I was informed by the service attendant that it was not, then I waited another hour and a half for them to replace it. How many service attendants does it take to change a lightbulb? Apparently it takes 3 hours. More
