Superior service!! My 2014 GMC Acadia's taillight was getting some water and condensation in it so I brought it into the service department to get checked out. I was war My 2014 GMC Acadia's taillight was getting some water and condensation in it so I brought it into the service department to get checked out. I was warmly greeted by Cindy and after looking at the taillight, it was determined that I would need a replacement. The part was ordered and a couple of days later Cindy called to let me know that it was delivered. On the day I was secheduled to come in, they immediately went to work installing the new taillight. Before I had even finished my cup of coffee, it was done!!! Cindy took my car thru the car wash for me and I was in and out within 15 or 20 mins!!! Incredible job done by everyone at Sullivan! More

She is very friendly and kept me informed of the amount of time needed to complete the oil change, tire rotation and recall work on my truck. She arranged for me to get a ride to a store so that I could shop while they worked on my truck. It made the whole experience very easy. The work was completed quickly. I had an excellent experience. Best Service I've Had at a Dealer I recently came in to Sullivan to have my car looked at as the engine light was on. I was apprehensive in going to a dealer, as it is not uncommon for I recently came in to Sullivan to have my car looked at as the engine light was on. I was apprehensive in going to a dealer, as it is not uncommon for it to be more expensive there. After my experience with Geoff, I will never go anywhere else. I did not have to wait at all, as my car was taken right in. I was in the waiting room for a short period before he gave me an update and let me know that I would need to keep my car there until the next day. Before I even thought of getting a rental, he already had a courtesy car pulled up for me. When my car was ready, he explained all that was wrong and what needs to be done in the future in order to get the longest life out of my car. He was incredibly accomodating and took his time with me. My car was in good hands with Geoff and I will absolutely be back for all of my service needs. More

I have dealt with many service departments over the years bu Sullivan really has them all beat, and no, I am not a relative, just a customer. Victor (service advisor) was very easy on the nerves and explained everything to me. Car was ready when promised. I really enjoyed my visit there. As far as the sales department, I dealt with Dale Zalusky. Just a plain nice guy without any B/S. I would deal with and recommend both Sullivan and Dale to anyone who expresses an interest in buying or servicing their car. More
Extremely experienced and knowledgeable! My GMC Terrain's message board came up saying that my engine was overheating and the engine fans were blowing although my car had only gone a few mile My GMC Terrain's message board came up saying that my engine was overheating and the engine fans were blowing although my car had only gone a few miles and the thermostat was cold. I immediately called Dave. He gave me advice about what to do and check before driving over to make sure I wouldn't damage my engine. After I found out that I'd be ok to drive to Sullivan, he did what he always does. He took care of everything and kept me well informed about what the problem ended up being and the repairs taking place and the cost. I trust Dave with any and every reccomendation he gives as he is a highly experienced, highly knowlegdeable and completely honest person. Thank you Dave and to the mechanics and staff at Sullivan. Excellent Service Always! I was out running errands and came out of the store to find out that my Encore wouldn't start. Confused since it had been running just fine I called the Sullivan service department and was fortunate enough to speak with Dave Hetzel. He was extremely helpful, offered me the number for both roadside service and a local towing company if needed. I told him I would call him back with an update. After roadside was able to start my car, I called Dave back and he said I could come right over. I was worried about being out again and having the same problem. Once at Sullivan, Dave had my car checked and keeped me informed. He also alerted me to a recall and had that fixed as well. My car battery was replaced and I was in and out in an hour. I am so thankful for the great service! Dave is an excellent consultant and a great asset to Sullivan Buick. More
