This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Sullivan GMC in the past 4 months. They are honest, direct and fair in their communications. I did a lot of research to ensure I understood where the market GMC in the past 4 months. They are honest, direct and fair in their communications. I did a lot of research to ensure I understood where the market is on new Acadias. In both instances I did not need to aggressively negotiate or posture. The dealership started the process at a very fair price and then we had to refine the deal to make it work. My husband and I found a used vehicle that we were intrested in online. J.P. answered the phone, when I called to inquire about the vehicle, at this time I explained to him, that we lived in Gary In. intrested in online. He got started on the paperwork as soon as he recieved our info, and call us back when the financing when through. We were thankful for this, because it saved us alot of time waiting and driving back and forth. J.P.was friendly and pleasant from the start.
