I have to say, initially I was a bit concerned when looking at the construction going on and not able to find my way into the front door. He did not ask me to wait to meet with a new car salesman which would have added significant waiting time to my day. He jumped right in, knew quite a bit about the new car I was interested in and most importantly, was very pleasant and attentive. Once I was ready to discuss the purchase price I was even more pleased with the experience. There was no game playing, just an honest discussion on what I could afford and what price they could lease the car for. I realize car dealerships are not "not-for-profit" organizations and need to turn a profit as well. That said, what I don't like about the car buying experience is the waiting game dealers often play and there was none of that with JP. If he did need to step away and discuss additional scenarios with his manager, he let me know how long he would be gone and kept to that. I had a $ amount in mind for the car I wanted when I went to Sullivan and I walked away around that price with the car I wanted. After I was passed off to Finance to sign the papers there were no hidden costs and that process went quickly and smoothly as well. Very pleased with my experience. More
