This place used to be good (past tense). Not sure what happened lately, everything seems to go downhill, internet sales is completely rude and hangs up on people. They only seem to care when it's time to purchase a vehicle or when your lease is up. I had several options to buy out my lease with other dealers and decided to do business here since I was a loyal customer to the dealership, that was the biggest mistake I ever made when it came to choosing dealers to do business with. I decided to take my business elsewhere due to the fact of extremely poor customer service from the whole dealership, from internet sales, finance and even management, they don't care about any customer, all they care about is making money and when you have an issue, it seems like you're bothering them. Look elsewhere besides this dealer to spend your money on. More

Horrible experience trying to purchase a 2024 Acura RDX base model from Arlington Acura. I am a Costco member so went through their auto program in order to receive no haggle pricing. I was contacted by th base model from Arlington Acura. I am a Costco member so went through their auto program in order to receive no haggle pricing. I was contacted by this dealership on April 24th and received the Costco price. The dealership THEN asked if I had any other vehicles in our household. Since we have a 2021 BMW X5 I was entitled to an ADDITIONAL $750 off the quote I received. The sales person INSISTED that the quote included the $750 discount??? At this point the runaround intensified as well as the urgency type pressure techniques. I knew this pricing was incorrect so I ended up contacting management at the Costco auto program for intervention. Costco forced the dealership to send me the correct price with the 2 discounts. Arlington Acura reluctantly sent me the pricing after leaving me a voice mail asking if I wanted the quote? I did want the quote and finally received it on May 1. On this very day Acura financial more than doubled the financing rate from 1.9% to 3.9%! Due to the extremely poor treatment, dishonesty, pressure techniques, more than doubling of the financing rate and stalling techniques I refuse to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I’ve driven a Honda/Acura for 44 years and it’s extremely disappointing to receive this type of treatment. I sent an email to 4 salespeople and the general manager at this dealership and never received a response.If NEGATIVE stars were possible that’s what I would give. BUYER BEWARE! More
