Not only Bob, but the entire staff was superb. I found the car online as I was coming in from out of town. They picked me up at the train station, and when i arrived to the dealership, it seemed as if th the car online as I was coming in from out of town. Paperwork was ready to go when arrived, and the car was spit-shined from top to bottom, inside and out. I was in and out of there in about an hour, from start to finish, for the full process of buying and financing the car. I recommend to anyone looking for a Land Rover, this dealership is top-notch and a must see by all. More

Brad provided excellent customer service from the beginning of the sales process through the end. I bought a used Dodge Challenger which is not a car nor brand that Aristocrat sells on a regular basi beginning of the sales process through the end. I bought a used Dodge Challenger which is not a car nor brand that Aristocrat sells on a regular basis. However, Brad was very easy to work with and did research that I asked of him about the car's past. The negotiation process was basically done over the phone, but went very smoothly. The delivery and finalization of the paperwork went very well also. The car had a full tank of gas and had been waxed. I had an issue with the new tires Aristocrat had put on being out of balance, and I was able to return to the dealership at no cost and have them correct the issue. More

This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. Since these are high end cars I expect a dealership that is way above average in customer service. As a woman I expect to be treated seriously and respectfully. Rick and Mark Belton did an excellent job of working with me on the purchase and the deal. I appreciated Rick taking me to the service department and introducing me to the Service Manager so I will know where to go and who to call. The only negative experience occurred during the operation orientation performed by another man. I purchased a Porsche Boxster S and during the orientation, he kept calling me "Grandma" which not even my grandchildren call me that. It was very irritating and I regret I didn't call him on it. Very bad taste. Having said that, I still rate the experience with everyone else to be excellent and am very happy with my new car. More
Brought in Porsche on an airbag default issue. Car was CPO and issue shoudl have been covered by warranty. I guess in an effort to shield the manufacturer from the cost they invented some stoy about my CD CPO and issue shoudl have been covered by warranty. Steve is one of the longest tenured salesman in Pre-Owned sales at Aristocrat even though he is just in his early 30's. It's very nice to come back and buy from the same dealer and work with the same person sales at Aristocrat even though he is just in his early 30's. It's very nice to come back and buy from the same dealer and work with the same person. This is the third car my family has purchased from Steve and my expectations have been exceeded everytime. I HIGHLY recommend asking for him if you are thinking about purchasing from Aristocrat. It is not a high pressure environment at all and they aren't big with the back and forth negotiating that many dealerships practice. If any of my cars ever need service, Steve also makes sure I have a car to drive which speaks volumes about how his service does NOT end with the sale. I will be a customer of Aristocrat for life because of people like him and regularly refer friends and family as well. Take my advice and ask for him if you find yourself looking at Aristocrat. You will be pleasantly surprised. I used to hate having to look for cars and the whole experience, and I can honestly say he has changed my outlook back to enjoying the process. More
