Not only Bob, but the entire staff was superb. I found the car online as I was coming in from out of town. They picked me up at the train station, and when i arrived to the dealership, it seemed as if th the car online as I was coming in from out of town. They picked me up at the train station, and when i arrived to the dealership, it seemed as if the entire place knew i was coming. Paperwork was ready to go when arrived, and the car was spit-shined from top to bottom, inside and out. I was in and out of there in about an hour, from start to finish, for the full process of buying and financing the car. Brad provided excellent customer service from the beginning of the sales process through the end. I bought a used Dodge Challenger which is not a car nor brand that Aristocrat sells on a regular basi beginning of the sales process through the end. However, Brad was very easy to work with and did research that I asked of him about the car's past. The negotiation process was basically done over the phone, but went very smoothly. The delivery and finalization of the paperwork went very well also. The car had a full tank of gas and had been waxed. I had an issue with the new tires Aristocrat had put on being out of balance, and I was able to return to the dealership at no cost and have them correct the issue. More
