We drove about 4 hours to take a look at the large selection of trucks they had available on the lot, a much greater selection than available anywhere in South Dakota. We contacted Chase Demery that morning before we left about the availability of 3 in particular that I was interested in seeing to ensure they were still on the lot. They were so we made the drive. When we arrived, Chase had them all ready to look at and drive. Two of them had just been entered into a loaner program and after I picked one of those, Chase immediately began working with the manager to find the keys, remove it from that program and make it available to me, This was all on Memorial Day so there was not a lot of regular business happening and he certainly went above and beyond as did Mike Weiland to make the transaction happen. Then there was a glitch with the Ford Military Rebate app that wasn't working for some reason. This took a few weeks to resolve but they went above and beyond that. I was originally feeling a quite a bit disappointed how long this was taking to get resolved and wondering if it would. Ultimately, Mike contacted me and just sent a direct payment and elected to work that out with Ford themselves. Being Memorial Day and everything closed but the sales floor, Chase took the vehicle downtown to fill it up with gas, get it washed and got me on the way. Overall, a great experience with Archie Manning Ford, it is clear they definitely want to make things right, give you a great experience and sell you a vehicle at a great price! More
