I made a call in the evening and talked to a salesman. I lined up an appointment for the next morning. After looking over their web site, found the exact car I wanted. Called in the morning and asked them to hold it and I'd be in to buy it. They held it, had it prepped and ready to go. The price was excellent. I made arrangements to view the vehicle but when I arrived the vehicle had been sold by another salesperson that was unaware of my deposit! It seems that when you make a deposit online it goes into an account but nobody is notified, consequently nobody was aware and the vehicle was sold! To be fair, Chris T sent me an email notifying me of this but I had already departed and I didn't receive it. All was not lost however as I was shown another vehicle that interested me and I purchased it after a few mechanical issues were addressed. Chris T was very patient and answered my queries promptly. I give KUDOS to Chris T and sales manager Matthew G for all of their time devoted to what I will call a good deal! I gave a rating of only four stars because of the deposit scenerio, otherwise it would have been five stars... More

Another disappointing visit to Archie Cochrane Ford. Brought my truck in for mechanical repairs. Also needed the driver's side window switch repaired, my 3rd attempt at getting this window switch repaire Brought my truck in for mechanical repairs. Also needed the driver's side window switch repaired, my 3rd attempt at getting this window switch repaired at Archie Cochrane. Also needed the wiring for the trailer hitch re-wired. The mechanical repairs were handled okay, the trailer hitch re-wiring was acceptable. The window switch was not worked on at all. The service consultant thought I told him not to fix it. A misunderstanding on his part. The first time I tried to get the window switch repaired, they forgot to do it, the second time they couldn't figure out what was wrong so it wasn't fixed. Now this time, the service consultant thought I told him NOT to fix it. When I went to pick up my truck, the lady at the front desk was very apologetic about the misunderstanding and would have the service manager call me about the mix up. That was 2 days ago and haven't heard from the service manager. I think I've had enough of Archie Cochrane's service dept. and will give Laurel Ford my business and see if they can do better. More

He actually listened to what we wanted, asked the right questions and never pushed his preferences on us or pressured us to make a deal. The car had everything we really wanted and when we decided we wanted to take a look at it they actually held the vehicle for us since we live 4 hours from the dealership. We got to the dealership my husband and myself both had great test drives. Ross showed the features in a natural fashion, slowly and without condecension. We decided to buy it and because they had asked us to fill out an application before departing everything was ready when it came time to buy. It was a very smooth and satisfying sales experience even right down to the warranty packages they offered. They had a refundable warranty for drive train, engine and transmission that was a really great deal. Ask them for more information if you are interested. All in all, we are very pleased. Service after the sale as also been really good. We called for the password to the door since we forgot about it before we left and they got it right to us. We also ordered some weathertech mats after the purchase and they honored the deal that had been going on the weekend we were there even though their parts department had been closed when we bought the car. We found them to be a no pressure dealership that dealt with us very fairly at every turn. More
