We were anxious to test drive but he slowed us down and took the time to show us all the big and little features about the Sport before we hit the road. He knew his stuff, for sure. Without pressuring towards one model or another he made sure the Explorer was the size we wanted. The salesperson personality always factors into my buying decision, and Taylor definitely passed the test. Enthusiastic, but not over-the-top, and he answered all our questions. Randy knew his stuff, too, and explained all the financing and warranty options well. We were happy to drive home in the Sport I picked out! Ask for Taylor if you can. More

Disappointed they closed their quick lube center I buy a new truck every 2 years. Service is the reason I buy were I do. Archie Cochran ford recently closed their Quick center.
