On the good side, our salesman was very knowledgeable, helpful, and low-pressure during the buying process. We test-drove two different RAM pick-ups (one Classic and one not). He gave us information on the history of the used RAM 1500 we were most interested in. We got a fair value on the Tacoma we traded in, which they sold for a fair price. They also tried to track down a second key and manual from the previous owner for us. Unfortunately, they weren't successful. The meh part was tied to the amount of it took to make the purchase once we had decided on the 2019 RAM. We were there for 4 hours from the time we brought our trade-in to them until we walked out the door with our 2019 RAM. This seems a bit long since we paid cash, but unfortunately also seems to be the norm when buying from a dealer, as we had a similar experience with a different dealership earlier in the year. Once we got the vehicle home, we discovered that the front camera didn't work. Apparently, that isn't part of the 139-point inspection. We seem to be on our own for getting the front camera fixed and acquiring a second key and manual. This is a bit disappointing, given what we paid for the pick-up. Other than that, we are happy with our new truck and looking forward to pulling our trailer. More
