Nice people but the pricing element is not user friendly. Bold letters of MSRP but that is before add-ons (not tax, etc.) of $3,700. Better than some KIA dealers. As a 74 year old Senior Citizen, I never thought I'd have to write a complaint letter on a car dealership but here goes. After I had my car towed into Archer Kia Dealership Service Department on a late Satur to write a complaint letter on a car dealership but here goes. After I had my car towed into Archer Kia Dealership Service Department on a late Saturday Evening because it would not start at all. The tow truck driver told me he had left my key with Georges( that wasn't the name and I later realized there was a language barrier). I called the service department on Monday and spoke with Gary giving him this information and he immediately told me he would have to find out what person had the key and he didn't know what shift the individual may be working. No problem for me! He then said immediately afterwards he'd call me back and it may take 2 to 3 weeks before he could give me a diagnosis very bluntly. He did not call, I called him back to find out if he had #1 found the key and 2) they could not get a mileage and they were trying to get the car moved. His behavior wasn't customer friendly and he again informed me it could possibly take 2 to 3 weeks and also indicated there were no loaners or rentals. After being frustrated by his unfriendly response, I asked that my car be placed for towing to another dealership, of whom I have a great relationship with. I came in ( was told my car was not in the place he suggested to me and I had to drive around on the lot to find it),signed and picked up my keys. Customer relations does not just happens, it has to be taught and his attitude was not one in which he should be working with customers. He was in a mood of it's not any real concern of mine! More
2017 Niro delivered last Tuesday night after drained battery and unable to start car. It is now Monday afternoon (6 days later) and no diagnostic and no word from (Gary) service manager after told he w battery and unable to start car. It is now Monday afternoon (6 days later) and no diagnostic and no word from (Gary) service manager after told he was on the other line this morning, but would call. Phoned again at lunch but told he was at lunch but wound call ASAP. 3:20p now and no call from Gary. Poor response, poor customer service and unable to get my car checked. More

It's hard to know where to start with this place. There's a different problem every time. Last time I dropped my car off at night. Was told to put key in drop box which is so shallow that I could easily take a different problem every time. Last time I dropped my car off at night. I could have stolen any car I wanted. This time called ahead. Explained exactly what I needed done. Was told 2 hours maximum. Drove 1/2 hour to get there. Was told longer than 3 hours when I arrived. Probably not ready until the next day. I had one service guy with no mask and another with a chin diaper. I kept backing up but he wouldn't give me any space. The trim and weather stripping are both breaking off. Warranty doesn't cover it because it's broken. I thought that's what a warranty was for!! Apparently it's my fault that the trim broke off the car when I was driving it. Exactly what way am I supposed to drive so that pieces don't randomly fall off the car (Kia Soul)??? I had planned to get a few things fixed and buy a new car but it definitely won't be here. Also beware, once they have your info they will call relentlessly and there is nothing you can say to stop it. More

Manager ED, a Liar !!! Brought my Kia Sorento(2018) over to have an oil change and tire rotation. Noticed a week after I left that 2 of my lug nuts were missing. Took it back out there and the manager stated that I brought it out there like that. Now these lugs weren’t expensive, I could have easily bought 2 for less that $10 and replaced them but it was the principal of the whole thing. I brought my car out there with all lugs in tack and that’s how I expected to pick it up. Ed the manager was horrible and he has all those certificates on the wall out there for what ??? I asked him what my compensation would be for the time I had to spend coming back out there and his reply was, that’s your problem....Ed needs a class in customer service and if I should have my car serviced out there again, I will definitely take pictures of my vehicle from all sides because who knows, it could be damaged by them and old Ed will say, that’s your problem....😖 More
