My Kia was due for oil change, so I drove-in w/o appt. I have tried to make an appt. but the website was a pain! Constant popups & hard to use, don't like working with the phone people, just more confus I have tried to make an appt. but the website was a pain! The Service Mgr. was prompt to setup the service, and I was advised of completion 10 minutes before it was done, and it was done w/in 1 hour. The $93 cost seemed high, compared to the same service last year at $65, but I paid it ok & the complimentary wash looked great. I had to sign 3 copies of forms with multiple pages each, too much to even try to read with a Service person waiting for me, and I only got 1 page as a receipt. No-one offered to review the service when done. Just pay & go... When I got home and opened the hood, the engine coolant was still on the "LOW" mark! The next day I returned & showed the Service Mgr., & he immediately got a jug of coolant and filled the container. Problem corrected & no cost. Just an inconvenience for me to drive back another 20 miles & 1+ hour wasted. I bought my car at Arapahoe Kia because it is close to me, & I want to do business there, but I get better service at other Kia dealers. When it was time to replace the Clutch Actuator fluid, I came to Arapahoe Kia & no-one had even heard of that service, so I went to another dealer & they knew about it & had the equipment to do it. More

Morgann did not address or reply to any of my emails or questions except for one when I asked for an acknowledgment of receipt of the email.
