I had to wait 90 minutes for the Service Department employee to program a 2nd key (I did not receive a 2nd key when I bought the car). When I was about to leave, I tried the new key. It did not work. This was my very first service at this Dealership on a brand new 2024 KIA. Donni Franklin my service advisor and Jahiem Williams my sales advisor took really good care of me. I only brought the car in for two recall services. I'm still waiting the completion of a service that was started over 3 years ago. That was never finished, nor was any communication provided as to wh I'm still waiting the completion of a service that was started over 3 years ago. That was never finished, nor was any communication provided as to why. This service provided a list of items they found that they wanted me to approve/deny. That came to me via a phone text. Once I responded, no further text came to me when the service was completed. Instead, I received an email stating the completion. Why would two unique paths of communication be followed? I wasn't aware until later in the afternoon. No calls, 1 text, and 1 email. Doesn't make sense. They also left my windshield a mess after wiping it with a dirty rag (I have to assume a rag). The only reason I will use Arapahoe Kia Service again is if there is another recall. To my knowledge, the actual work was performed well. As for the Management Department, I don't know who Courtney Goodgain is. Nobody provided their name to me when I dropped off the car or when I picked it up. Same with Morgann Hines in the Administration Department. I simply do not know who these people are or how they had any involvement with the service of my car. More
