Even though I always end up buying from Arapahoe, I always check two other dealers before I buy. Arapahoe ALWAYS has the best price on the new car and my trade. I always drive away feeling that I got the best deal in town. 4) The Hyundai brand can not be beat for quality and value. Yesterday, I bought a 2012 Santa Fe. I had been in touch with Eric Risch last week because I was thinking about trading in my 2010 Santa Fe. I called him several times and he always had the answers on the spot or called me right back if he couldn't be sure of the answer. When my wife and I went to the dealership on Monday, Eric gave us his immediate attention, escorted us to the car and was careful to make sure we knew all the features of that specific vehicle. We said we wanted the car and proceeded to the "deal making". They knew I was a repeat customer and wasted no time in giving me a very fair deal. Then I went lower and we quickly met in the middle. Eric did a great job. On to Bill in F&I. He presented all my options, explained them clearly and did not pressure us at all to buy something we were not interested in. The docs were printed, signed and we were off in our new car. The whole process took 2 1/2 hours. Very fast and easy. I also want to mention Rune in F&I.
