Mr. Kim was an absolute pleasure to work with, first over the internet and then in person. I had come to Hyundai after a high-pressured, bad sales experience with Toyota. Mr. Kim took into account what I had told him about the situation and was extremely polite and considerate. He showed me various models, explained all features and spent quite a bit of time with us going over interest rates and running figures. He also did not try to pressure me into buying the vehicle the first night I came in. It allowed me the time to think over the purchase and choose the car I really wanted. When I came in the next afternoon to pick up the new vehicle, everyone was extremely kind, from the general manager to the finance people. I think that I worked with TJ or DJ in finance - he was wonderful! Very quick, very personable and very respectful of the fact that I did not want to be pressured into extra warranties and such. Mr. Kim brought me over to the service department to show me around and went over scheduled maintenance visits. After my paperwork was signed, he took me to the vehicle and explained every single feature to me, including how to synch my cell phone with blue tooth. I have owned a Ford and two Toyotas (all brand new) and not once has any dealer EVER explained the features to me. I was always left to go through the manual on my own. Mr. Kim's attention to detail made me feel extremely comfortable driving off of the lot because I knew where everything was and how to operate it.
