I recently purchased an Accent from Arapahoe Hyundai and had a very pleasant experience overall. Tony and Ray were the sales representative I worked with directly, both of whom were informative and polite. Tony was the one who walked me through the purchase of my car and was very straightforward and thorough. It was a pleasant experience, and one of the few times that I didn't feel rushed, pressured or deceived at a dealership. Rune was the individual who dealt with the financial side of things for my purchase. He was very polite and surprisingly quick throughout the process. He did not pressure me into purchasing anything I didn't need, and answered any and all questions I had. Both Rune and Tony stayed late to finalize my sale and get the car prepped prior to me leaving. Tony showed me features of the car and ensured I had everything set up and understood before heading out. Overall I was impressed by the customer service and appreciated the positive experience provided by the staff. Would definitely recommend this dealership, specifically dealing with Tony and Rune. I requested an internet quote through Edmunds. I live in Colorado Springs and set the search area to 50 miles. Lucky for me, this included Araphoe Hyundai. Leo Zombek replied promptly to my request for a quote and listed a very good price on the vehicle I was interested in. Dealers in the Springs either did not reply, or replied, but instead of a quote said "Call us". That defeats the whole purpose of requesting an internet quote. I still wasn't sure about purchasing a Hyundai and wanted to look at and test drive an Elantra before driving to Denver. Dealers in the Springs either had none, or only a few of the premier models which were out of my price range. Regardless, we went to a local dealer in the Springs to look at one. Again, out of my price range. When I stated that, they offered to sell me a 2011 used model (with the options I wanted), but they price they quoted me was more for a used one with 33000 miles than the quote from Leo for a new 2012 model. To make a long story short, we drove to Denver that same afternoon and purchased a vehicle from Leo. The price I was quoted was the price I paid, with the options I wanted. There was no backtracking on the numbers I was quoted, there were no excuses about misquotes, and the quoted price included the options I wanted. Overall, it was a very pleasurable buying experience. I feel that Leo in particular did a great job in responding and following up to my requests. More

After driving the Santa Fe I was shocked at the look, feel, and quality of the vehicle in relation the price.
