I had looked at 2 other dealerships (in person) and 1 other dealership (online email contact) to try finding the best price and a dealership that would have the color, options and trim that I'd want and other dealership (online email contact) to try finding the best price and a dealership that would have the color, options and trim that I'd want and this was the only dealership that had both. They had a lot more selection than the other ones and Leo was great to work with. At no point in time did I feel pressured into buying anything extra ( ie extended warranties, etc) and he was great at answering any questions I had ( such as what would happen if the remote start ran out of batteries). I had asked about the price before I stepped into the dealership and it was what I ended up paying ( was kinda worried that the price was too good to be true and there would be upcharges). It was my first time buying a car and while I won't say that I can't wait to do it again, I'd say that it went a lot better than expected considering all the other horror stories I heard. I got a great price and I've got the car I want (in the color I want) and if I decide to get another Hyundai I would come back again. More

Went online just to look at cars. Ended up making one we liked. Thought we would be called next day, but we were called within 1/2 hour. Made and appointment that evening and drove home a new car. Eveything about my car buying experience was pleasant. I saw a 2005 Hyundai Elantra on line that looked like it would satisfy our needs. Luckily, I called and talked to Eric Risch. My 1999 Sonata stopped working and we had it towed to the service department of the dealership. Once we realized that the price of repair was more than the value of the car, Kevin told us about a trade-in option and suggested that we work with Tony Saccomano. I spoke with Tony over the phone about our budget and the type of vehicle we were hoping to purchase. He was quick to get back to me and immediately had a great option. We were thrilled with the trade-in value of the Sonata as well and appreciated that they valued our loyalty to the service department.
